Does anyone know if we need to have done the 2017 tax returns before the application? Considering you need to either show your tax assessment form or they contact CRA directly, i feel this needs to be completed so they can see your latest net income anyone know/ have an opinion? thanks

i have a US visa, i still flagpoled with out technically entering US. Just picked a rejected paper from US immigration officer by telling him im flagpoling, so he didnt really process me as an entrant, and asked me to head back to CA immigration with rejection letter
