    same city makes your case strong because they gonna say you might move to some other place later. Manitoba is strict on this thing they really wana see some strong reason that you are going to stay there

    It all depend on officer to officer they can ask anything because if you don't have money you will b burden for Canadian government so they wana make sure that you have enough money to settle down in Canada
