Hi, I got my UCI on 23rd december.. DD was encashed on 29th december !! Till yesterday my ECAS was not active and it showed 'we are not able to identify you' i randomly called CIC call centre to know why is this so .. They transfered my call to technical dept .. and they asked for my details...

My ECAS finally got active now ..:D The status shows In Process and when i click on it it says We received your application on 14th October, 2014 does this mean PER is on its way..?

I guess Background checks are done between the time period from PER and MR hence it takes time for the VO o send out MR cause they do background checks and later when satisfied MR is issued .. this is as per my knowledge :)

Hi gerry, Some people are facing technical issues and hence some ECAS are not yet active .. you can try and go as per the email and expect some reply in 1-10 buisness days .. All the best!

Hi , My DD was encashed on 29/12 still the ECAS is not active it says 'we are not able to identify you' did you face a similiar situation before your ECAS being active.

I guess they are busy :D I had dropped them a email on 16th december .. Hopefully i will get the PER email before they reply to my email :D My ECAS is not active yet .. so i have no choice but to patiently wait .. you are really lucky in that case i guess the gap between your DD charge and PER...
