No, you don't get any mail or intimation from CIC. The packet is returned with a note about cap reached. On Nov 13, CIC updated NOC 2173 as capped. Aug 12 applicants are the last in cap.

Sorry to say but you are out of the cap for NOC 2173. Aug 12 is the last day for NOC 2173 applications. You may receive your package back in some time from now. My Friend who submitted on Aug 18 has received their packet back on Jan ending...

Hey, can you give us more details like which NOC, date on which you have dropped the application, date on which it has been received in CIC etc etc.... People on this forum are quite kind and very helpful.

They won't reject. They will just put a query to you...about the updated or latest POF. So before they ask better we send it....to make the process going than making it delay for such simple issues. However, you already have good knowledge of how it works :) . Good work

Nope mate, it will never be a problem. Anyways, you are ready to tell them the reason and also take the supporting docs if you have now. The Doc will juz see, take some notes and give it back to you. And as some of our forumites said, its not at all a problem.

July applicants need to wait I guess. Coz, as per the stats and posts by our mates NDVO is clearing May applicants now. Many of May applicants got PPR, 4th line update, VISA stampings being done. Our 3rd line is updated on 30 Jan 2015. We are just 1 week apart. Lets wait and see. :)
