Have you tried to contact the shipping company? They can give you way more info. than the usual tracking method.

Well, the irony! Believe it or not but I am right now at a Fedex counter! Personally, I trust Canada Post for letters but I use almost exclusively Fedex for packages.

Canada Post is fine but there are numerous companies in Canada that can deliver your package, such as FedEx, UPS, Purolator, CanPar, Dicom, Loomis, DHL, not to mention the countless number of local couriers. Compare the prices of a few of them and decide. They all offer almost the same service.
