Yes, correct at the time of we received request for additional documents, that time only my wife was authorized representative. But in July I have included myself (sponsor) also as an authorized representative. And my wife sent requested documents through mail to their New Delhi address.

Yes, as per DTDC tracking history details, my package was successfully delivered to NDVO on 27th June 2019. Actually they requested additional documents on June 22nd and mentioned requested documents should reach their office by August 5th 2019. Thank you :)
