Yesterday, my wife had an interview at NDVO with a immigration officer and today we got Pre-arrival service letter in GCKey. What is this means? Is it good or bad? And all steps in GCkey shows in process (like eligibility, background check and rest of them).

Its good you passed eligibility.
GCkey does not update on time.
Next will DM on ECAS so keep checking that

Because we got married in sub-registrar office in a very simple way in the presence of both side parents and very limited members. So they want to double check if this marriage is genuine or not.
