This is a bit confusing on the CIC website, but is it possible? If I get a positive LMO and all my application ready, can I send it from Canada to my local embassy, staying in Canada as a visitor? I'm italian, by the way, so I do not need a temporary resident visa to stay as a visitor.

Yes, that's what I meant, thanks. As far as I know, I think I could mail an LMO application to my local embassy from Canada, as long as I don't exceed the 6 months as visitor. Then, I might need to go back for an interview, or if my visitor time is expiring. Can anyone confirm this?
