Thanks Sweden, another question I had is: I my application gets denied, and I don't want to appeal the decision (or if I get denied in appeal too), could I try to apply again with a new application? I'm just trying to figure out all the possible scenarios. Thanks, Rob

So, you're saying, if I pay the fee in advance, and then they deny the application, they keep the 490 $, right?

Just wanna be sure about this. If for any reason my application get denied, they'll reimburse the full amount of the RPRF if already paid, right? Do you think it's better to pay it in advance? Or when they ask for it? What's your experience? Thanks!

No, because I have being living with her family. But we did get a statutory declaration from her parents saying I have been living there with her since Dec. 2011. I was told that such notarized letter would have the same importance of a tenant agreement. Is that right?
