It is well known that the government plans to change the age of dependent children back to under 22, i want to know if that will affect persons on study permit in Canada who wish for their 18 to 21 year old children to accompany them to Canada or join them?

i dont think i have strong case :'( my mother is also in Canada on a study permit and my brother and sis are there with her , my parents own property and car in my home country but not me, i only have a registered small business and full time employment ......that is why i need a strong letter...

i just dont know how to structure it , and persons on this site are always talking about having "strong" letters that is why i asked

I understand that the officer require that persons have ties to home country to ensure that they are likely to return, but if you have immediate family in Canada what kind of strong home ties can you show other than property and Employment to show that you will return despite family members...
