For your first query: depends upon how much would you like to spend. from 5-15 days. for second one: the answer is big NO and in most case they make a mess here. you have to pursue them like anything. speed money is the key.

Dear Anahus, just hold on tight for next two weeks. I guess the silent VO's will start sending MR within that time. only then they can reach the 9 months estimation.

I guess the applicants of LVO and SGVO ( and other silent vo's) will get some MR news within next two weeks. However, congrates to all those who got MR lately.
