Hi All, I have my COPR expiring on OCT 2020. I am currently in US with expired stamped Visa but valid I797 till Mar 2022. I have read several post that AVR is still working and people were able to successfully complete soft landing. Creating this thread to discuss on the soft landing and reenter...

Thank you for keeping us posted on this topic. Just to make sure , you have expired visa and travelled using approved I797. do you commute regularly for work from Canada to US .

When is your COPR expiring. I am on same boat. Need to make soft landing before Sep-2020

Do you have valid visa on passport or just I-797 copy and admitted through AVR ?

Did any one successfully crossed Canada to US border through AVR(expired Visa but valid I-797) after the new EO?
