    Shifting large amount of money

Oh fabulous deweysmith. I was under the impression I had sign the 'I have more than 10k' declaration every time I bring in more money. But just signing it this time makes sense. Spot on people. Thanks for all the help. +1 to everyone who contributed.

So here is my exact situation. I am in for some inheritance money, which might take a year or two to kick in. I was thinking when I land, I can inform my immigration officer (along with the list of personal belongings) about it. Subsequently bring it bit by bit in the following years as I get a...

    London Visa Office

Hey I emailed at CIC inquiries about status of application and they replied that your file has been transferred to LVO. I think that's how most of the LVO applicants found out about file transfer apart from ferry1978 who got second line on ECAS. CIC takes about 30-40 days to reply to inquiries.

FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

Hi all, I had emailed CIC earlier and they replied yesterday confirming that my file is in my VO (London in my case). ECAS does not show this but CIC confirmed it via email. I have updated the spreadsheet accordingly for any LVO status update hopefuls. LVO seems quite slow.

    London Visa Office

Hi everyone. I applied for fsw13 last year but was unsuccessful due to cap limit. Applied again this year and received PER on 13th June. Can you please guide me how long is the wait from now? The fsw13 sheet quotes % of visa finalization for LVO as 9%..is that the latest figure?

To curb ur anxiety.. go thru http : //www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06c-eng.pdf without the spaces off-course. Sample NERs explained in the appendices. You can simply search the term "positive" in ur email when it arrives. It is typically in the second paragraph of the email...

FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

Ammani, from last years experience (I was a 2174 applicant), and it took around 1 month for the cap to fill. We tracked applicants upto atleast 28th may who got their CC's charged. You can view the details in the spreadsheet. So this 5-7 working days is a myth by all means. I just missed the cap...

FSW 2014 Applicants Timeline- Lets Network Here.

ECAS is the online system i think stands for Electronic client application status. You can access it once you know your UCI (XXXX-XXXX) which you typically only find out in the PER email you get - if not travelled to Canada before. Some one correct me if im wrong - through ECAS you can track...

Hey all, Got PER a couple of hours ago. Fyi, ECAS is not yet updated. So for others, its not necessary it would be updated before getting PER. It could very well be sometime after getting PER. Good luck to all those still waiting :)

I did get an affidavit from the translator. He already had a template ready for translations. This is other than the english translation and its notarization. Hope this helps.
