    Yes, CIC website is out of service and if it works it works very slow. May be in a few days it will become fully functional with the new features.

    I think they have made the same changes to everybody's account. It looks good but its really frustrating that CIC is not taking the applications of PNP candidates at the same priority as the application of FSW stream.
