My BG is always NA.. I called CIC on monday and the agent told me that IP! is done... Further background check is in Process. So i think they dont necessarily update the account.

call them buddy... sometimes they do not update IP2 but they might have started your BG already....

Ya it was helpful. Mine never went to IP1 the. BUt the status now is Not applicable. Have you submitted your RCMP while filing the application?

In IP1 what kinda wording is displayed in Mycic account??

Ya i think it was same for me... Firstly medical passed on 9 June and In BG it started showing application is in progress and we will send you email when we will start backgroud check. And after 5 0r 6 days it changed to Not application. So was that IP1 earlier?

IP2 means 7 to 10 more days Good sign. How much time they take to update the status to IP1 from Medical Passed?
