Looks like CIC is approving apps based on AOR date. If I am not mistaken, most of the recent PPRs have been from first half of sept.

This happens with outland applications, not sure about Inland apps. Anyway the wait is killing now, I hope PPR comes soon for all!

Are you sure BGC in progress means eligibility passed? Mine went into IP on 29 sep and GCMS notes did not indicate any evidence of Eligibility being started.

May be for outlanders, I have noticed that they are made to pay RPRF within few days of AOR. I guess for inlanders RPRF is demanded after basic eligibility checks are done.

My take is that CIC is switching back and forth between our apps and refugees. This explains why we see so many PPRs in a few days and then silence for several days.
