Guys, what is the difference between "ELIGIBILITY:PASS" & "ELIGIBILITY:MET" ?

If your current address is in QC then that will create an issue for your PR application. You will have to provide evidence to IRCC that you wish to reside out of QC.

May I know what is your current BGC status? Is it 'In Progress'?

No, I must have used this route several times and never faced any issue. I think it is the same set of agents but the waiting queue is different for each reason.

Start calling them at 7:56-7:58 am, and I always chose address change option rather than check application status option.

I called IRCC and I was told that my BGC is complete hence this status change. Also agent confirmed that there is no document request pending and final decision will be made...

Hijacking August thread though I am not an August AOR'r. I call once in a while and what I have noticed is that if I call at around 8:00AM EST then each time I managed to get in touch with a helpful agent who pulls out my file and shares the latest updates.

Really, does that work? Last I dropped an email to that address I received an automated response asking me to create a CSE, or that is what I made of it. Is the email address - "CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca"?
