Safe to say I have an uncle in canada

The form only ask information about your father/mother/brother/sister/wife/child(ren). So you will not even get the chance to be questioned about that :P And whether or not you got residential assistance, you will still have to show the living cost.

'Two' consecutive 1 yr Post Graduate Diploma course = 3 year PGWP?

Not sure about it but as far as I know, you can get PGWP only once and can correspond to only ONE degree. Meaning 2 separate 1 year degrees cannot be added for 2 years of study. But if two separate programs marge to one degree, then its possible. Once again, I am not sure about this; just...

    Introduction letter for study permit...?

As far as I know, S-1 visa only allows you to enter the country and does not permit you to study/stay in Canada. If it was an SX-1 visa, then you wouldn't be needing the permit. So, I think you should contact with CHC regarding this matter. Don't trust the words of the consultants; they are...

Has anybody received letter of introduction with canadian student visa?

Everyone receives that....that is the document that you will have to show at the POE to get your study permit. The seal in your passport is just the visa (permit to enter Canada) and the letter is the approval of getting the permit.

@fahad83: well prescribed medication can even be something for allergy to blood pressure, etc. They are not bothered about those. Medical test is only to detect the threat of the patient to the environment of Canada. Plus since the boarder already got tested, they wouldn't be bothered about what...
