R u waiting for AINP nomination

Way to go suggesting unethical practices in a public forum where everyone is hoping to get their AINP sorted out ASAP without any bump :) Sorry to say but these sorts of practices got all of us into trouble in the first place. Things are becoming strict day by day and in the end, honest people...

    PNP PR Dec 2015 Applicants!

Yes this forum is filled with misinformation and ignorance. In the end, you are responsible for your application, your success and your failure. I used to be very active in this forum 5 years ago and damn I saw some really really bad advises. Stepped away from here and now came back to see how...

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2015 CIC APPLICANTS

You need a job while your AINP is in process; not the CIC application. The AINP certificate states that the nomination is not bind to any employer. And if I remember correctly, there is no space in any of the forms that asks for employer contact details. Chill buddy :) I know my facts. And I...

NOVEMBER - DECEMBER 2015 CIC APPLICANTS

CIC has nothing to do with your employer unless its a conditional nomination. Not sure about other provinces but AINP is not bound to any employer.

    PNP PR Dec 2015 Applicants!

Thanks :) DO NOT pay anything other than the application fee. CIC application ONLY asks for the application fee and will refund you anything over that. Do only what is asked in the application, nothing more, nothing else. Adding extra things that is not wanted for the application will only...

    Chances of visa

I don't see any harm in that. Many offer letters present conditions, mostly related to language based course completions. The possibility is that you will be getting a visa for the stated amount of time for the english course so that if you successfully complete the course (which you definitely...

Study Gap of 3 Years. What Are My Chances For Visa? (Undergraduate Level)

No one can assure you the so called "chances" of getting visa. Show them what you got; and they will give you the visa. As simple as that :)

All Bangladeshis going to Canada this Fall'2012 join here

People do get admission without IELTS but only to specific departments of specific universities. And for colleges, I highly doubt whether you need anything more than the bank statement :) Colleges are not worth coming to Canada. The job market is EXTREMELY competitive, particularly in eastern...

    Job opportunities for International Students

I wasn't aware of the Ontario PNP :P Pretty easy to get PR from there I can see. But here's the catch that you have mentioned, "eligible publicly funded university in Ontario". This thread was opened for an applicant to a college and I guess the applicant will not qualify for the PNP. Correct...

    Job opportunities for International Students

I did mention about nomination program but sorry to forget that it varies between provinces. For Ontario PNP, you have to have a prospective employee who will have to play part in the nomination too. So all in all, job is needed. I am not THAT much knowledgeable in PNP programs but as far as I...

    Job opportunities for International Students

You will need 1 year experience to apply for PR other than few provinces which have the nomination program where you just need 6 months of experience before applying for nomination. On the other hand, PhD students can apply for PR after completing 2 years of their degree.

Is International Student allowede to study as a part time?

I can't find the doc that had this info (some fine prints somewhere). But here's the rule: The applicant for study permit must be accepted to a full time degree without any conditions (that can be full filled prior to taking the visa like taking IELTS or completing the current degree). An...
