When applying for Canada TRV. They are using term TOURIST VISA. Coz Canada defines Visitor visa in many categories such as business visa Tourist visa Transit visa Super visa

Please update d status as and when u recd ur passport or check at cic online website after linking paper application.. Alternatively u can call me how to check ur prossessed passport.

TRV (Temporary Resident Visa) is category in which visitor visa is one of a sub-category. Other categories under TRV are : study visa Tourist visa Transit visa business visa Super visa Work Permit etc etc

Dont send any email. to IRCC I too faced same situation. Adopt other way. THere is a second option where DOB AND PASSPORT nos are required instead of APplicaiton nos. Try this sir
