Other categories under TRV are : study visa Tourist visa Transit visa business visa Super visa Work Permit etc etc

When applying for Canada TRV. They are using term TOURIST VISA. Coz Canada defines Visitor visa in many categories such as business visa Tourist visa Transit visa Super visa
