Nopes, SCDL took its own sweet time to issue the transcripts. They have arrived to ICAS today. Though ICAS have already done the initial review of other docs and status says that they are waiting for additional/ official document (I assume SCDL). Will keep you all posted on development. As of...

Hey, did you get ur ECA done. I have also applied to ICAS. Though my college is recognized, my education was through distance. Thus sent to ICAS.

You can ask SCDL to send that. They charge around 2400 for that

Transcripts

ICAS clearly asks for transcripts, they do not take xerox of diploma. You have to send copies to ICAS by yourself and a transcripts need to be sent to ICAS by institute.

I have sent my docs to ICAS and awaiting their response. From this forum only, I got to know that they take lot of time for evaluation. Hoping for the best. I will keep you all posted. Thanks Max

Not as of now. I have paid the fees and obtaining the transcripts. Will be sending in next week to ICAS for evaluation.
