How about this situation? Kc pumunta daw sya sa poea to get Oec, hinihingan sya ng polo verification. Para sa lahat po yan.

May nabasa po ako na dont try to exit other country without oec from p.h..hinahnap daw yung oec sa immigration ng canada pag dating mo dun.. Dpende nlng kung sa ibang bansa ka ng apply ng visa ..
