POEA - IS THERE STILL NEED A "POLO" VERIFICATION TO GET "OEC"

hi po..i am under sinp with job offer...i applied working visa and permanent visa together last sept2011..and my working visa was issued last november...and my employer adviced our agency here in the philippines that our deployment would be on 2nd or 3rd quarter of 2012....i was called by cem last june 12 to go for an interview kasama wife at son ko for our PR and cem emailed me for PPR(we will bring appendix A,visa pics and our passports) which i will bring during our interview...she just said we can come anytime mon or thu..before 8am..and dapat before sept.25 mkaalis na ako dahil mg e expire n ang medical ko.and i will also bring travel confirmation..d pa po kmi pumupunta sa embassy.ni renew k pa kasi passport ko.
1. ok lng ba na ako n kumuha ng ticket ko at un ang dalhin sa embassy?(wla ksi update ang agency for our deployment)
2. if ever ma grant ung PR visa,kailangan namin pumunta n ng canada dahil mg expire n ang visa sa september...do i need to show proof of funds sa point of entry?hahanapan p b ako ng employment contract at tatawagan ang employer?
3.what are our options if our employer doesn't have hiring for now for our job.

May nabasa po ako na dont try to exit other country without oec from p.h..hinahnap daw yung oec sa immigration ng canada pag dating mo dun.. Dpende nlng kung sa ibang bansa ka ng apply ng visa ..

thank you.. yun dn ang iniisip nmin.. ung problem nmin ung POLO.. khit kami nlng kukuha ng health insurance coverage.. may nkita ako s ibang forum ngbigay cla ng insurance agency at ung iba 250 cad dolras lng binayad ng employer nila.. hirap nmn kpg kaagad ngreact ung employer hehe..

Nag inquire ako in preparation for other requirements. Initial stage pa lang ako. Just submitted my app for WP last week.

yap lahat ng kumukuha ng work permit khit live in caregiver or hindi need tlga kumuha ng POLO..ung bro ko food counter po xa pero pinapakuhanan xa ng polo ng poea.. kya heto di nmin lam kung paano kumuha ng health coverage insurance.. di nmn cguro need mgbayad ng employer ng 50,000 cad dolars dhil nashock ung employer nmin.. hayyy kainis nmn yng poea n yan.. may visa n nga pinahihirapan k p.. cno po ang nkakaalam d2 kung paano kumuha ng health insurance s cnda??

Greetings from the Philippine Overseas Labour Office in Toronto.

This is in regards to the requirements for verification of employment contract.

The requirements are as follows:

1. Labour Market Opinion and Annex;

2. Employment Contract;

3. Addendum to the Employment Contract (signed in ink);

4. Payment of CAD$38.75 if cash or two bank drafts or money orders pay to the Philippine Consulate General in the amount of CAD$28.75 and Philippine Overseas Labour Office in the amount of US$10.00 if via courier;

5. Proof of payment for the airfare;

6. Proof of payment for the gap medical health coverage for 3 months at CAD$50,000.00 is the coverage of the health insurance;

7. Canadian Employer’s Identification;

8. Return envelope (XpressPost – regular size).

Attached is the form for the Addendum to the Employment Contract. Send all these documents to Philippine Overseas Labour Office, 801 – 161 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4P 1J5. A call will be conducted to verify the veracity of the documents submitted. The verification process would take us 7 working days and we will send these documents back to you. You will then give a copy to your employee in the Philippines for them to submit to POEA to secure the exit permit or if POEA ask for the original copy then send the original verified contract to your employee for presentation to that office.

Yung frend ko na nasa LICP, kumuha ng insurance sa OWWA, nabigyan ng OCE. Doon na sa BC.

Wow CURIE nandyan kna, san ka nga ba ulit sa Canada? Need ba tlga ng travel insurance, kht sa ibang bansa mag exit? hahanapin a un sa immigration? ako next week na ung medical ko, sana maging okay ang lahat. Hopefully before end ng August nsa Canada na din ako. my fb ka?
