as pebc demanding good standing certificate. and they also mentioned that if u r licensed anywhere .. u need to submit good standing certificate. but if not then submit notary attested proof that u r not licensed anywhere. m registered pharmacist with punjab pharmacy counsel but not licensed...

we cant say anything about evaluation..bcz cic have not made any announcement..and yes u can get point for both french and ielts..but in fsw taft test is required..to get points for french

minimum 1 yr work experiance is required for fsw..and ielts with 6 in each is must. u have only 23 points fr education and 12 for age.. u need 67 to qualify..

no cic will announce assessment body..that will assess our documents...after assessment..u can do further processing..so wait for final announcement by cic

assessment can be done in canada.. but after final announcement by cic..

new rules are for those who divorced immediately after landing or within 2 years... genuine marriages will not effected by these rules..

computergreek... he is sayng 1-2 years..bcz he is not married yet..firstly he will go to canada and apply for pr card..then he came back to get merry..then again he will apply for his wife.. this will surely take minimum 2 years for all process like getting pr card, yhen back to country..then...
