    Would there be a need to inform cic if you were in Canada and the baby was to be born in Canada? If no, what happens when you decide to land? Will they allow your child entry or you need to apply for his or her Canadian passport before landing?

    Best practice is to apply 3 months before expiration so as to get the work permit extended before the previous owp expires. How sure are you that he will receive his AOR next month? It takes about 30 to 90 days

    I've never had that experience nor known anybody with similar case. You have to be positive. He should submit the application for PR before applying for the work permit. Your spouse could attach the receipt/tracking number of the PR application when applying for his owp. Let him include a letter...

    I would have suggested she applied for BOWP but you guys haven't submitted your application. Since she's your spouse, she could jump on your pgwp by applying for an owp. My thoughts though
