Should be inland. He/She mentioned the expiration of pgwp. Since you got the ghost update, I would advise you wait till Feb end but if you have the money, go ahead and extend your work permit now.

I know it will cost you some money to apply for the work permit but to be on a safer side, you just have to spend. The money isn't worth the stress you will pass through if the ppr doesn't come by Feb
