No, to get 50 points the job offer has to specifically state that it is valid for one year after PR. Indefinite job offers dont qualify for 50 points.

Hi there, I selected Official Transcript and Degree Attestation For ECA by WES. Initially it shows paid, but once you upload all the documents and click next, it will show you the payment page and amount to be paid.

The reply I got from the toll free number from a rude lady was "If you don't apply for transcripts to be sent abroad, they wont be uploaded to the portal". I've raised a new request and made the payment, but the query remains unprocessed due to some reason. The charge is 2300/-.

I checked this option by creating a new query, but it only allows to upload Detail Marks from 3rd to 8th semester and says its a 3 year program. I dont know how would even the attestation possible.

That is a preposterously foolish thing to pay again. WES clearly says documents accepted. BTW, how did you communicate with them? Did you receive an email saying to raise the request? I suspect university might be closed for holidays if they are not picking the phone, not sure though.
