Has anyone from September Inland applicants got 2nd AOR yet? Maybe I'm missing something, but i saw couple of outland applicants getting it. I do not understand why, since they do not need it. ???

When I spoke with CIC agent last week they told me to apply for BOWP in paper-based application only. You can do the same. There won't be any Proof of medical requirements. It is very straight forward.

Hey, Why are you applying so early? As I can see from your list you still haven't received 2nd AOR, which is a requirement for BOWP for Express entry applicants. You have plenty of time to wait for a 2nd AOR because you can apply for BOWP even a day before it expires as far as you have all the...
