I think your spouse should apply for BOWP asap and stay in Canada on implied status. Yes, it is $255, but at least she will surely remain in the country legally until your PR is approved.

Guys, a quick question, those of you who have access (or recently got it back) to ECAS what do you use to login? your UCI? My ECAS disappeared in the beginning of November and nothing since then. I used to have 4 lines.

This question is quite simple. Have you ever had any Study or Work Permits or Visas to come to Canada? If yes, you need to list them all. Visas and permits are issued to enter and to remain in the country.

As said your agent "anyone can apply if your WP will expire 4 months or less" with all required paperwork. I think you have more than enough time to wait for 2nd AOR or even for PR before Jan 20. In any case I wish you best of luck.

That's exactly what I am trying to do now, but they are saying that they do not reply for requests from applicants whose applications were submitted less than 8 weeks ago. Thankfully, I'm almost there. And still hoping for the best.
