If your masters degree is relevant to your bachelors (in the same field of specialization), then you can mention only your masters. Even if you do your ECA, you have to do it for your highest qualification (which is masters)

typically yes, as long as review goes on fine with the application during this check, there won't be any updates... if you have paid RPRF upfront, then you would receive PPR.
