For PCC, if you are staying in new address for less than a year, then PSK will accept the rental agreement or any address proof in current address and will provide you PCC without changing the address in passport

You can still get an updated police certificate and write back to CIC explaining your situation with the latest PC, they should probably accept it. Else, after creating a new EE profile, write back to BC PNP to update the nomination certificate with your new EE profile number.

your need is to renew the passport, it will be lot easier and quicker unlike getting a new passport. from my experience I would renew first and apply in CIC

Normally passports has to be submitted within 30 days, you will also receive contact information in case you have any difficulty in submitting the passport. You can write to them and explain the situation. They might ask you to submit the passports in India... (that depends on Visa officer's...

This is the reply posted in "Research & Statistics" page of IRCC... Prior to December 31, 2015, processing times for many of our services were displayed by visa office. This was useful when applications for permanent or temporary residence were always processed by the nearest visa office...

they give false hopes.. you cannot expect expert guidance.. not worth spending time & money with them

Thanks fahad04, that was an excellent post.. After receiving RPRF request on 24/Nov, I paid it on the same day, and status still shows "Review of Submitted Documents: Provided" .. it did not change.. is it same in your status too?

Rejection may happen due to various reasons.. May be true for those who paid RPRF upfront... but when RPRF is paid after receiving request from CIC means they have verified documentation submitted and security checks

If you are outland applicant, residing & employed in another country, then you need not worry about this. Besides that, check whether LIMA conditions have expiry / validity date.
