Only purchase tickets when you get notify that they have dispatched your passport, because i have seen people had to cancel their ticket as they did not receive their passport back in time. So purchase it after you get notifies or after you receive passport back in hand. Highly recommended.

That should be good news. Generally when you get pre arrival thay means they are ready with you decison and you see DM on ECAS on same day or the next day or max in couple of day. There are almost no chance that they ask for interview now. I have a question for you as well, you are september...

I have not seen many people posting about an interview. And you should only submit more documents if they request.

July applicants are almost done, just few left and NDVO is processing August applicant simultaneously. So, You can expect an update anytime soon.

I really do not want to ruin your hopes but I had the same situation like you, first time i sent my file in may 2017 and forgot to sign the forms as sponsor, they sent it back in July 2017. I signed forms and sent it back in July 2017 and this time forms and documents checklist was updated...
