    I know they are not Spanish in the Embassy....that's why they should work on Canadian time! Yes, friends of mine, (Canadian wife, Costa Rican Husband) got his PRV 7 months after applying. He landed in September 2009 and they had filed for the first time in Feb. 2009.

    I was in COsta Rica for Spanish school for a month and I met my husband in the San Jose airport. We had the same flight to Canada and he was going to work there for 6 months. I was in love right away!! We kept in touch the whole time and were together every weekend(we lived in different cities)...
