Yes, I know he will have to re-do. Should we wait till they request to re-do them or just do it now. Either way, they expire before the next batch of passports.

    Spousal sponsorship

They do send a letter. It give you your client number, kit # and file # as well as when they received it and that it's been sent on to the corresponding outland embassy. Mine was sent to me in Canada and another was sent to the consulate in Costa Rica where my husband is. Many people have...

My husbands has been almost a year. He had it done at the start if Sept 2010 and then we sent our sponsorhip/PRV application in Oct 2010. I emailed last week to Guatemala and made sure to not ask any questions...they dont answer questions (ironic, yes). I just stated that nothing was...

I just assumed that criminal records expire after 1 year as well? Maybe not.Makes sense that they would since one could have something added after you've applied for the PRV

I didn't have any of those documents translated. I had things in both spanish and english from different family members. I assume that the officers speak English since they're Canadian and whatever official language of the country the embassy is in.

My husbands medicals and criminal record are also expiring end of next month. When he calls the Costa Rican consulate they say that around the 15th of every month is when they receive passports back from Guatemala. If we don't get ours next month around the 15th, then we'll have to re-do...

I have a question for those that have already landed in Canada. How long approximately does it take to go through immigration in Toronto? We don't have the passport back yet, but i've been checking out flights anyways. Would one that arrives to Toronto at 21:05 and then departs at 22:55 be...

There is no point in calling if you have been approved as a sponsor. Don't worry. The lady I spoke to said I wouldn't have received the ARC without my payment being processed. So if you know that the sponsorship has been approved and you paid the full 1040.00 then you're good. Yes, my husband...

Hello Makool, I just called CIC and what you said is not important... The person I spoke to said that my application wouldn't have been forwarded to Guatemala if my payment wasn't cleared.
