Yes, I know he will have to re-do. Should we wait till they request to re-do them or just do it now. Either way, they expire before the next batch of passports.

That is exactly how I feel, but I am the one in Canada. It is hard being away from a spouse...they should have better processes!!

I didn't have any of those documents translated. I had things in both spanish and english from different family members. I assume that the officers speak English since they're Canadian and whatever official language of the country the embassy is in.

Ours is the exact same case. We sent the passport April 18. Ours doesn't even say medicals received, but nothing else was checked off on the request form. I did get a response FINALLY back from Guatemala saying nothing else id required and that our application is in a queue awaiting processing...
