Dawie, We're in a similar situation, we have a 9.5 month old and submitted our application 3 month after her birth! What do you guys think, are we going to dip into August next with the AIPs and DMs?

They still have to be mailed. I think the only thing that changed is that the new forms have barcodes. I'm not sure what the barcode does, though- I'm assuming that it will make it easier for them to enter/attach information if they just have to do scanning instead of typing.
