You applied on 16 april or 16 may. If it is 16 may then its really quick. BTW don't give up. Try hard next time. Best of luck

After reading all previous comments I found that British council will take a lot more time as compared to IDP and hardly change any score.

you should provide these documents , maybe it is a lifeline for your. check your status in oasis. if it is in process again
