SINP is one of the worst province, they have worst processing time of all province.

seems like Alberta issued new NOI in June but still no updation on website.

I am not sure about Uni of Mumbai but you can go for 1 year PGD from IGNOU. It is accepted by WES.

OK It is considered as " 2 or more degrees" IGNOU degree is recognized by WES.

You can get a direct ITA as CRS as low as 445 is expected in next 2-3 months if regular draw happens. However, you also have chances with OINP.
