hahahaha... it means I am not the only one who is refreshing the forum again and again for any PER update from last half an hour... :)

Usually its not mentioned in PER, but some people received PERs with there visa offices changed from there original ones. Also on CIC website, VOs from UAE is changed from London to Abu Dhabi. That's why I asked about this...

It is also possible that they have changed the visa offices for Express Entry. Because they have removed almost everything regarding the old FSWP (under which we all applied) from their website. Maybe this VO change is one change amongst the others...

Anybody received a PER with this information that his visa office is changed from London to Abu Dhabi??

PER is Positive Eligibility Review. They sent it via Email and it contains your Unique Client Identifier (UCI) for further correspondences and online status check. This is the last step from CIC, Sydney, NS. The file is then transferred to local visa offices.

You cannot check your status online unless you have UCI number.. This number is available on any correspondence from CIC like PER or any of your previous visas to Canada. If you don't have this number, then wait for your PER..

Yes, I just checked 5 minutes ago and its still outstanding.. Now I have to wait for near 1 week without any update.... :( :( Hope to see some good news in the new year starting.. :)
