Hi I got single line in ECAS and NOC is 2132. My application date is 4th July and PER on 28th October. My VO is RIH and my application also in queue to be reviewed by immigration officer that was 2 months ago. Good luck.

Congrats ...MR is on the way. Good to hear that RIH is started working again. My VO is also RIH but no updates so far. My timelines are also very similar. Did you receive any AOR from London VO? As you have in your timelines.

I am in same situation like you. My application received on July 3rd 2014 and when i raised query to LVO, same reply received from RIH that my file is in queue awaiting review by an officer. Is any once waiting to hear from RIH? Thank You

You are correct I am one of 2132 NOC and not received any communication from LVO. I am waiting for MR and PCC request from LVO.
