One of I know got MR who has similar timelines but different VO.

There are two due dates in notes. One under Eligibility (Page eight) and other one is under Application Assignment (Page 2). I got two different dates (on page 2 - 30/04/2015 and on page 8 - 28/10/2015) and my PER date is 28/10/2014. Hope this help.
