Thanks vinaj, I could not open my ecas because they change my maiden namen to married name. I was using my maiden name, so I tried to use my married name and it says ‘In Process’ too. Goid luck to all if us. Cheers!

I sent mine by Canada Post regustered regular mail, I used the regular mail add and they recieved it in 2-3 business days. You will soebd a little more but you track it. Thanks.

Hello, I think but not very sure because its like almost 12 years ago, if she travel from singapre to Canada. She does not need OWWA or POLO. But ifever she does, she can always get those in Philippine General Consulate in Singapore.
