hi chinda, thanks. yup I sent the doctor's letter(that says my duedate) with my application. My Alberta health card will expire on October 18, and I called Alberta Health, they extend it for 90 days... it is $50 every time you visit the clinic if you dont have an insurance. and I think the cost...
