Is it common to have a passport request? And for those who travelled to another country but the custom was all electronic and did not stamp on your passports...did IRCC usually ask you for more information?

I hope they keep online and in person to decrease the backlog. It makes sense to do a lot online at once because there’s unlimited space, unlike in person

Did they ask for 2 IDs including PR card? Normally an expired PR card should still count...you can even use it for the test in round 1. I guess it’s best to wait for their answer but just prepare everything you have! It sucks that they asked you to retake the test though. Did you see the test...

When you take your ID photo on cic website before the test, Cic website should automatically flip it for you so everything will look good. You’ll have time to approve the photo before the test and if the photo doesn’t work, you can figure it out without taking the test. The countdown won’t start.

PR card doesn’t have a signature and yes you can use it. I know the instructions are confusing and contradictory but countless people on the forum have used it and passed with no problem.
