I think agents who answer emails aren’t in the office and can’t tell if they have received your mails. Try emailing them after around 10-14 business days to give them time to browse through all the documents.

thats interesting. I read somewhere that it’s no longer common but they might have a few questions about your passports, travel i history, etc. It should be straightforward verifying your documents. When did you send them your passport copies? Good luck.

I just sent it as well. How do you know they got it? Did you send a webform to ask?

then send them the copies of your passport and write a letter that you no longer have the old passport because the embassy requested that you return it to them in order to renew your passport. (If that’s a standard procedure)

Maybe they schedule your oath based on your application date.

Oh interesting. I thought they would keep and have all data of our entries/exits anyway. Especially as a PR, you get to swipe your PR card at a kiosk to enter and exit.

I’m quite confused because they can check your travel record and even when you travel you don’t necessarily have stamps on the passport.
