If you wanna know why cic doesn't give points for canadian spouse's wes/ielts, I don't know. Probably because they don't care what non-applicants do or have done. Kinda makes sense, doesn't it. I mean EE is to get skilled economic immigrants. If all dependants start coming through EE by claiming...

1)Doesnt matter for EE. Maybe you want to look at who would find it more easier to get reference letters from employers and go with him/her as primary applicant. You neednt specify your spouse's experience, since you wont get any points for that anyway. 2)No 3)If your CRS gets you an ITA, it...

Ooh. Upload your degree too. One of the main reasons for rejection is not uploading degree certififcate. I strongly recommend you to read the reasons for rejection thread before you submit.

Sorry Saskatchewan is not known to be issuing currently. Monitba is, but requires canadian relatives. Ontario, Monitba and Prince Edward Island show they are accepting currently.

Both are currently accepting applications. Ontario needs more than 400 crs points to be eligible while Saskatchewan only needs a CLB5. Both are looking for specific job skills while ontario is known to have issued PNP for non demand skills as well in last 1 week.

Accept or Decline ITA - Seniors please help

Re: Accept or Decline ITA I dont know of any hard and fast rule regarding this. But thinking logically, what you entered was wrong, you didnt complete 2 years, yet entered so, to gain undeserved points. So, yes, it could be taken as misrepresentation and reason for rejection. Better be safe .....

For 3 week gap, there should be an increase in CRS, most likely. You can never be sure, by how much. It depends on kind of scores people are joining/increasing with. I would say about 428 +/- 2.

Assuming all declines, applicants per ITA and rejections as same from 2105, we have 64850(approx) ITAs remaining this year to reach the 73700 targeted PR's. Assuming we have one more draw this month and same number of draws till year end, we have 23 draws remaining this year. That gives only...

Has there been any year-end comprehensive report this year(2016 data) like in 2016(2015 data). In 2016 data, from your link, the thing that stands out is 36.62% rejections after submissions have been done. That is quite a high percentage. I know this is ray of hope thread, dont want to scare...

There were on 7th April, 2973 people in 421-430 band. So in 423-430 band assuming equal space out, there were 297.3*8=2380 people. Above 430 there were 399. So above 423 there were 2780 people. Now 3923 ITAs were issued. So 1140 were new. In 5 days which gives 228 per day. Gotcha?

14 day draw would be 419-420 in my estimate. My calculations actually put it closer to 420 than 419. I wrote 419 assuming the number of ppl joining per day wouldnt be sustained throughout a 14 day period, which is 228 ppl/day >=423 points (from last 2 cic pool data) So, my calculations assume...

You get into EE for PR. What would your hubby be doing if he gets into EE pool. You need to apply separately in EE or take the spouse sponsorship route.

400 is the new 450! Good news!

Canada's population increased by 5% in last 5 years, i.e 1% every year. 2/3rd of the increase is due to immigration. This means even without immigration there is a 0.33% increase in population every year. Canadians must be looking at economic growth. Hopefully, the industries are there to absorb...

Yep that is clb9 for sure. You will get a 50-60 point boost. Use this link to calculate yourself, http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp Once you are sure, update your EE profile yourself. Half of the time, these consultants dont know anything.

Very good point. In which case, it is more of sustaining current levels than looking to grow.

It takes 5 minutes of your time to do that. You go ahead and do it yourself and let them know. Just be sure to capture screen shots of your current application, so you can use it to enter the info accurately when you create it.

Wait for 24 hours, it will become active then. That is when you could possibly get Ontario's PNP as well.
