Vivolino, congrats!!! I just found you were in same situation like mine, I resent my owp and still waiting for it, I am still on status but it will ends on June 4th, I'm assuming you never get the OWP and I would like to know, did you ask for visitor extension? So I don't know if ask for that...

This sounds like that freaking "Implied status" no really matters, wow, I might be in the same situation with my OWP, however there is no option to upload any document to prove I was still not out of status when I re-sent my OWP app, it really sucks!!!! I guess I will have to call them...

I just resent the OWP app, the PR continue processing, got MED request>>>Passed. But no more notice from OWP yet, it looks like it's difficult to track after they returned it, I was able to link the OWP but no more updates, I resent the OWP due to missing payment.

I will, Just FYI, my wife is not out of status, she is still within her 6 month with valid status, she will be out of status as on June, so hopefully if everything is ok and OWP is approved, she will be ok. I will keep everyone posted.

There is no best way to do things when you do it by yourself, I had a bad experience with "Representatives" I paid $3200USD for nothing and was unable to recover that money, since then I have always referred to official online documentation and do every process by myself,

Same happened to me and still not able to link it, my OWP was resent on Feb 27th and received on march 4th, unable to link it either!!!!!

UNFORTUNATELY, we are back on the queue, sucks, same happened to me, they are not clear on fees owp app, anyways we have to wait another almost 3 months.

Anyone have tried requesting either BC services card or Drivers License prior getting OWP?
