@Alasabie I am so sorry about this, It really sucks. You have nothing to lose, If I were you I will go with the request of restoration, you have only 90 days to restore your status, then as @kcward7 was saying you still have a chance to get OWP if there is an angel over there.

@TrishGerbs as expected today June 3th, 2019 I got approved my OWP; after resubmitting the OWP due to a missing payment, took around 3 month, application was recieved on March 4th, 2019. So you have to wait another 3 month after resubmitting.

If you were Out of Status when you submitted the PR+OWP your OWP will be processed after you get AIP.

You don't need OWP now, you will have to withdraw/cancel that and request a refund, you can use the IRCC Web form
