Hello everyone. Can a PR who just landed without the PR card yet allow to travel (via plane) within canada? Do airline crews ask for pr card or pr travel document when boarding? Do we have to go thru immigration for local flights? Just to get some answers before making travel arrangements. TIA.

It's possible. Depende lang. May iba naka receive ng aor2 but no addtl docs. May iba din hindi nka receive ng aor2, but may addtl docs :) If u submitted all the rqrd docs and straightforward ang case, then it will be a smooth process :)

Mvo doesnt respond to a status inquiry esp within standard processing time. Dont worry too much. Mvo has ur app. My hubby didnt receive aor 2 either. U can check on ur ecas when they started processing ur app aftr file transfer. That serves as your aor 2 :)

Pick up lang..kasi malapit lang bhay nila sa vfs eh.. Lol. April 6 yta nya sinend..tapos dumating ung packge on april 12..tapos 2 day holiday. Nung 17 lng nya nkuha.

I sent email to VO..waiting for reply... Called cic and agent said that inform the officer at port of entry so they can correct it.

Oh. So were they able to fix it upon landing in canada? Bec all i know is if there is an error for name or birth date on copr, then the person needs to file an application for amendment. Im not sure if one has to do it before landing or after landing. So they mentioned that immi. officer at port...

Bec mine showed my place of birth tho. We were born on the same city :'( u mean your copr showed incorrect date on your last entry in canada?

Hi bigfoot. Does it show on your wife's copr her place of birth? My husband's copr is left blank for place of birth but shows philippines as his country of birth and all other info are all correct though ???

For some..ung iba ppr mauna before ecas and mycic mag update. Like sa case ng hubby ko..nauna ung ppr bago ng update online. Meron din iba, mas nauna mg update ung ecas and mycic bago mag ppr. Kya depende lang talaga. Wait lng..u will get ur ppr soon :)
