Sponsor sent our spousal application today, and it would most likely get to Sydney NS by Friday. Long wait ahead, but I hope things somehow move quicker than expected. I wonder if there is a way to inform them about any new update without AOR. My sponsor might get another contract extension...

I assumed you are the sponsor? You dont need to fill it out, only the principal applicant and if there are any dependent/s, then they have to sign their own copy of this form, IMM 5406 Additional Family Information.

Yes, that is a different form, not IMM 5669. Form IMM 5406 Additional Family Information, must be completed by principal applicant, spouse if applicable, and dependent/s.

The instruction's definition of family member only includes spouse and dependents-- not parents, sisters, etc. So the PA needs to accomplish this form and if PA has dependent, whether they are accompanying PA or not. Please read the complete guide...

Yup. I made sure not to miss it. Read the complete guide and checked everything as well. Also, made a note explaining for them to get the correct version of form IMM 5669 because the 2018 can be validated and the 2019 one cant be validated so I prepared both forms.

I don't think previous post can be deleted. We will submit our application this week, just waiting for my spouse to sign and mail it.

Or maybe they devided workload? Not sure. But it's good that they seem to be doing something than no progress.

That was fast considering some waited 5 or 6 mos. for AOR and waited longer for Biometric request. But I'm glad things moved a bit faster for you.
